1947　Born in Nara, Japan

1965　Aspire to become a painter (oil painting)

1969　Start making pottery

1977　First solo exhibition at Mizuma, Nara

1983　Ceramics Exhibition at Mitsukoshi Department Store in Nihonbashi, Tokyo (9 times every other year)

1984　Ceramics Exhibition at Maruei, Nagoya (8 times every other year)

1985　Ceramics Exhibition at Hankyu Department Store, Osaka (seven times every other year)

1993　Held a solo exhibition at Japan Art, Frankfurt, Germany

            Built a kiln in West Devon, England, and started pottery making

1994　Solo exhibition at Gallery Besson, London
